Total Project Management
We manage all aspect of each project we undertake from start to finish. Responsibility for planning, filling permits, installation, code compliance and formal start up/final acceptance resides with us. Quality Assurance
Start up certification and warranty registration. The final step of the installation process required to validate all aspects of the installation and verify proper operation. Our start up procedures are documented and kept on file along with submission of the manufacturers warranty registration. For warranty issues, operational use or future product support for your power system, it makes sense to rely on a single source company you can call on. Consider the alternative. A newly installed generator must have its initial start up performed by a certified technician, and documented by a certified dealership, in accordance with manufactures requirements. Failure to properly document start up testing and warranty registration could void the manufactures warranty.
Post Sales Support and Maintenance Programs
Truly the difference maker when it comes to the installation and maintenance of any power system. MTS believes the sale and installation is the starting point in an on going client company relationship. Service and maintenance of your power system is critical to insure maximum system availability and longevity of operation. We offer maintenance programs designed for each power systems application and operational environment. Our service and maintenance control department manages and documents all maintenance activates (scheduled and un-scheduled) keeping a detailed history on each unit covered under our maintenance programs. MTS prides itself in staying ahead of the curve. We maintain a diverse staff factory trained technicians. The training on and use of the latest diagnostic and testing software technologies for testing and troubleshooting allow us to quickly assess and repair the most up to date Power Systems within the industry. Critical applications are monitored by our Gen Tracker program. This program allows us to continuously monitor the status of your power system so you do not need to constantly check you system.
