Refunds and Exchanges:
Within 30 days of the original purchase date, you may return or exchange any unused product for a full refund or exchange, less original shipping costs, and 15% restock fee.
All Refunds are subject to a product inspection approval. Once approved, refunds will be posted to your credit card on file within 48 hours - not including weekends. If your item is determined to have been used, even slightly, upon our inspection and solely at our discretion, a refund or exchange will not be permitted. All sales on electrical components are final and not refundable. Any and all special order items are final sales, non-returnable and non-returnable.
Restock Fee:
A 15% restock fee applies to all sales. Products authorized for return must be returned by UPS or FedEx prepaid and insured. Items must be in the original box with original packaging materials. Credit will ONLY be applied for merchandise approved for a return or exchange which we actually receive back. MTS Power Systems is not responsible, will not be held liable for and will not issue credit on your merchandise that is not received. If your delivery confirmation cannot be proven, there will be no refund. Please use UPS or FedEx. UPS or FedEx shipments are trackable, and safe.
Weekend Shipping:
Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
How to return or exchange an item:
Click here to contact our customer service department for an RA (Return Authorization) number prior to returning items. Only items with RA #'s will be accepted. Please do NOT ship anything back without a RA# designated by our customer service.
Damaged goods:
Please report any item received damaged within 48 hours of confirmed delivery time by our carrier. Liability for damaged goods by our carrier or manufacturers after this time period cannot be verified and will not be honored. MTS Power Systems records the serial numbers of items shipped. Please reference any serial number with any claim for damaged products. No exceptions.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges which cannot be calculated at checkout due to weight, dimensional or other variables, will be charged to your credit card seperately after you are notfied by either phone or email of such charges. We will not charge any seperate shipping charges to your credit card, or ship the items until we receive your written or verbal approval of charges.
